This group of fine Opal signature cocktails includes a vast array of wonderful flavors. They shine and sparkle in an array of colors; full of fantasy, "opalizing" all who indulge.

MontBleu Opal - Electric blue in color with pronounced orange flavors and a hint of peach - delightful, delicious and refreshing. Made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Peach Schnapps and Blue Curacao 10.

Fire Red Opal - Let your inner wild child run free. Delicious as it is refreshing, potent as it is intoxicating; nothing gets the party going faster. Made with Ketel One Vodka, fresh orange juice, Cointreau, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice 10.

Golden Opal - A spirit, an energy, a light all of its own, containing exotic citrus ginger over-tones and delicate, smooth fine vodka. Made with Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Toshi Limoncello Liqueur, a slice of fresh ginger and a Lemon Head candy 8.

The Opalescence - Opalescence by nature containing a distinct creamy licorice taste with delightful hints of orange; over indulgence can cause flashes of light in any color of the rainbow. Made with Ouzo, Baileys Irish Cream, Bombay Sapphire and Grand Marnier 11.

Key Lime Pie - So good! ABSOLUT Vanilla Vodka, Rock Candy Syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice, splash of pineapple juice and simple syrup, served in a graham cracker crusted glass 7.

Carrot Cake - A surprising rendition of a favorite dessert in liquid form. Made with Baileys Irish Cream, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Kahlua, Butterscotch and Cinnamon Schnapps, and topped off with a cream cheese swirl 11.

Chocolate Cake - The must have of the must haves! Made with Bacardi Limon Rum, ABSOLUT Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico Liqueur and a swirl of chocolate syrup 9.
